  • Daniele Lippi **

Daniele Lippi was born in 1990 and began his career working for the Troiani brothers. After 9 years at their Il Convivio restaurant, he became its Head Chef in 2015, and perfected his style during a number of stints at some of the world’s leading starred restaurants, from Yannick Alléno’s three-Michelin-star’s Pavillion Ledoyen in Paris to Piazza Duomo, another three-Michelin-star restaurant run by Enrico Crippa and the Ceretto family in Alba.

He also worked with Chef Grant Achatz at Alinea in Chicago and in Spain with Paolo Casagrande at Martin Bersategui's three-Michelin-star restaurant Lasarte. In 2019 Lippi became Head Chef at Ristorante Acquolina in Rome.

He maintained the restaurant’s Michelin star and was awarded a second star in 2022. The great chefs and great cuisines of his past have blended into a unique, priceless, rich yet never over-abundant style of his own, which can combine meat and seafood into the same dish, to weave a tapestry of the Mediterranean on the plate that is intense on the palate and visually striking.
